Services

I offer one-to-one Counselling & Psychotherapy and Clinical Supervision. Sessions generally take place in-person although online sessions may also be possible.

Counselling & Psychotherapy

Life can be difficult and challenging for all of us at times. Sometimes we feel stuck, not knowing how to move forward. If you would like help with issues you are facing in your life, I can support you through the process.

It can be easy to minimise the challenges you are facing so If you feel your difficulties aren't important enough to warrant counselling or it feels self-indulgent to attend therapy, I would particularly encourage you to come to an initial session to discuss your concerns.

Examples of issues I work with:

  • Stress, Anxiety and Panic Attacks

  • Low Self-Esteem / Self-Confidence

  • Relationships

  • Loss and Grief

  • Trauma

  • Feeling overwhelmed or unable to cope

  • Feeling depressed, sad or empty

  • Life Transitions

  • Personal Development

Although sometimes clients are referred directly by their GP, you do not need to be referred to attend counselling / psychotherapy sessions.

I work with individuals aged 18 years and over.

The initial session session is a chance for us to meet each other and explore whether therapy may be helpful for you and we feel we could work well together. You will be charged for this session but there is no obligation to continue.

Each session is 50 minutes.

Court Reports are not provided.

Clinical Supervision

I provide one-to-one Supervision to accredited, pre-accredited and trainee counsellors and psychotherapists. As an accredited IACP (Irish Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy) supervisor that has undergone a psychotherapy training, I also provide supervision to members of IAHIP (Irish Association of Humanistic & Integrative Psychotherapy).
