Nurture Body & Mind (Meditation & Relaxation) Classes
This meditation and relaxation course is recommended for anyone feeling stressed, or finding it difficult to quieten the mind, or relax the body. These popular classes are ideal if you want to reconnect with yourself and leave feeling more relaxed, rested and nourished.
Classes incorporate Mindfulness meditation, Loving Kindness meditation (Metta), relaxation, mindful gentle movement, breathing techniques and guided visualisation.
This course is suitable for complete beginners, as full instruction is given. Even if you have prior experience of meditation, we will be cultivating a 'beginner's mind'. "In the beginner's mind there are many possibilities, in the expert's mind there are few" - Shunryu Suzuki, Zen teacher.
Places are filled on a 'first come first served' basis.
A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of €40 will secure your place with the balance to be paid at the first class. Single classes €20 each by prior arrangment, subject to availability.
Dance / Movement Meditation
Let go of tension accumulated during the day and leave with a relaxed body and a quiet mind.
While the session is structured, it is an opportunity to meditate in your own way within a group, as the meditation is not guided.This blend of movement, sitting meditation and relaxation was designed to be done in the evening and can help facilitate a great nights sleep.

General Information about Classes
Early booking is recommended for all classes as there is a maximum number of participants per class, ensuring personal attention.
Classes are 1 hour 15 minutes in duration, unless otherwise stated.
Individual drop in classes are subject to availability and only by prior arrangement.
In Monkstown classes yoga mats and blocks, meditation benches, blankets and cushions are supplied. You are welcome to bring your own items, if you prefer. In Shankill classes please bring a yoga mat and a blanket for relaxation.
Chairs are available for meditation.
Gift vouchers are available for all classes and one-to-one sessions.
Classes take place in the Monkstown Clinic in the heart of Monkstown village, just a few minutes walk from Salthill & Monkstown DART station or in the Stonebridge Community Centre in Shankill, Co. Dublin.
