I work with each client in a way that is best suited to their individual needs. This might consist of short-term counselling in relation to a specific problem or situation, or longer-term psychotherapy for those wishing to deepen their understanding of themselves and their relationship with others.
I work with clients privately and also through Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP).
I run regular Meditation & Relaxation classes and personalised one-to-one sessions, combining Mindfulness Meditation, Relaxation and gentle Movement. These enjoyable classes are a great way to relieve stress and bring more peace and calm into your life. They take place in Dalkey, south Dublin.
